LUAN emotional museum is a physical and digital project that seeks to generate social awareness through three key concepts: Good, truth and beauty.

Our goal is to create social impact through talks, workshops and experiences, using art and mindfulness tools, we create a mixture of knowledge, feelings, and inspiration, an experience that impacts the participants, expressing in each of them the desire to be an agent of change for a better world and society.

In this contemporary world, we almost do anything not to feel bored; we constantly teach our brains to interrupt themselves. Being bored is a very unpleasant feeling, and the next thing that we want is to stimulate ourselves with something else. Why is boredom this difficult? Studies show that doing nothing can have an inverse effect on our creativity. Being bored can help us train our brains to be comfortable in unpleasant situations. This topic on boredom is interesting.  
We all feel the need to rush, work and secure our life. But why do we fail to acknowledge the resources that we have now? A change of mindset from scarcity to sufficiency. When we look at our resources, they are more profound than we thought. When you examine or think about the things you got today, you will be grateful. And this happens only when you are mindful.
