This is a time to honor everything that you have in your life and also a time to prepare for the winter season in the northern hemisphere.

A Word is like an arrow, instead of poison it’s filled with intention and your emotion. (Maybe poison if that’s your intention)  What effect does different words have in you? Maybe it’s a trigger, maybe warmth.  Master & understand the power of your words, choose a word that you use a lot and say that word out loud & tune into your body. How does that feel? Where does it feel? Does it has a form or a color?
