Two things were popping for me this week: Text/Voice note containers & laughter creating more healing than tears. Although they don't seem related, they both wanted to come out today! For me, the MVP of healing is learning to recalibrate your vibration... & having a facilitator available more readily through text/voice notes creates transformation so much faster! In my opinion, this creates more change than the big emotional release folks have made the most important in their healing. If you function from the POV that life needs to be hard to be valuable, then so will your healing process.
