Also, knowing how to identify when people do not know what they want or are trying to discover what they want is equally crucial to dealing with them with tact, maturity, and leadership. It'll help.
We, humans, are explorers of the tangible and the intangible. We operate realities that are both material and immaterial. Here is my synopsis of how that works.
