Deja Vu? This week on the podcast, we're welcoming Corey back to the show, a former member of The Selective and our close friend. This week on the podcast, we discussed Haider Ackermann's time at Berluti, how ironic fashion impacts how we consume clothes, winter fashion, and more. This week on the Retail Therapy Podcast, we were joined by Corbin, a YouTuber and Content Creator who was one of the first content creators in the techwear space. Techwear, while extremely difficult to define, derives from the expression of technical garments through functionality, typically through futuristic, dystopian design tropes.  In other words, techwear cobines futuristic and utilitarian aesthetics with technical performance and real-world-function.  That said, styles like workwear are utilitarian and could fall under the umbrella of Techwear, which is why the aesthetics are almost as important as the design philosphy itself.  In the episode, Corbin helped us define techwear, discussed his journey into the niche, and much more.
