Let’s hear it for the girls!
March is Women’s History Month and March 8th was International Women’s Day, so today we’re giving women their flowers while they can still smell them.
Despite everything happening in the world, women are still building, achieving, leading, and carrying entire communities on their backs. In this episode, we’re talking about the reality that women are quietly outpacing men in education and workforce participation, what feminism actually means, why women supporting women matters more than ever, and why our progress toward true equity is still unfinished.
Because the truth is… the girls are thriving. But we still have work to do.
We’ll also touch on women’s agency, representation in leadership, the pay gap, and the importance of letting the girls girl in peace.

Chile… the world is on fire and the girls are just trying not to go crazy.
Let's get into what it actually means to protect your peace while the world feels like it’s unraveling. Between wars, a chaotic economy, nonstop social media doom scrolling, and political tension everywhere, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
This episode explores the difference between regulated disengagement and willful ignorance, how to stay informed without destroying your nervous system, and what you can actually do when the state of the world starts to feel hopeless.

With Valentine’s Day 🩷 right around the corner, I wanted to have an honest conversation about what love really is. Not the Instagram version. Not the movie version. The real, raw, sometimes uncomfortable version that requires work, growth, and intentionality. Being in a serious relationship again has shifted my perspective on love in ways I didn’t expect. I’m learning that everyone wants a relationship, but not everybody wants to work for it.
Love requires inner work and outer work. It forces us to confront ourselves, the good, the bad, and the ugly. And while love does involve pain, it’s growing pain, not struggle love.
Grab your tea and let’s get into it. 💘✨

Welcome to Season 7 of Let Me Just Say This and (more importantly) HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH🥳!!!!. I missed y’all so bad and I’m so excited to be back. I took a little break to reset, regroup, and honestly let January do what January was gonna do. And now we’re here.
I’m sharing my thoughts on the current state of the country, activism in everyday forms, and why Black pride and joy are acts of resistance. This episode is part vent, part reset, and part reminder that even when the world feels like it’s on fire, we still get to live, love, and move forward.
If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, hopeful, nervous, proud, or all of the above — this one’s for you.

Whether this was the best year of your life or one that really rocked you, I hope this episode feels like an audio hug as we step into 2026 together.
In this season-closing episode, I’m sharing the biggest lessons 2025 taught me — about intuition, letting go, growth, change, and learning how to handle yourself gently while life is lifing. Nothing too heavy, nothing too preachy. Just honest reflection, encouragement, and a reminder that things can get better.

Our heart and your brain are already communicating. Stop acting like you have to choose one.
Head vs Heart. Logic vs emotion. Overthinking vs feeling too much. At some point, we all end up here: stuck between what makes sense and what feels right. In this episode, I’m unpacking the very real battle between logic and emotion when it comes to love, dating, and relationships.

Grab your tea (for real… go pour it), get comfy, and let’s get real!
As the season shifts and the sun clocks out early, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD hit Black women differently. In this vulnerable conversation, I’m sharing my own mental health experiences, why these issues are so often overlooked in Black women, the stats we don’t talk about, and the subtle symptoms we’ve normalized.

We’re talking yams, chaos, Atlanta tomfoolery, and B. Simone’s trillion-dollar Jesus conversation. I recap my 27th birthday, my first real Thanksgiving meal, the TikTok war I accidentally started, and why Atlanta might actually be Gotham City.

This week’s episode isn’t the usual, it’s actually a phone call with my sisters. They called to check on me (lowkey intervention style lol), and it turned into a deep, honest reflection on the question: Am I okay?
I talk about starting over, losing stability, feeling alone, and holding faith through it all. There’s no studio, no fancy setup — just raw emotion, real conversation, and a little laughter in-between.
Note: This episode doesn’t have a visual version, but the video of the call will be posted on my vlog channel (linked below!)

Can we call out colorism without recreating it?
This week, we’re unpacking the messy overlap between colorism and pretty privilege, and what it really means to exist as a light-skinned Black woman in that conversation.

Apparently “I’m a nice guy” now translates to emotional blackmail.
After Edmond’s viral guilt trip toward Kalybriah, it’s time to talk about pressure disguised as vulnerability and how some men weaponize their “niceness” to cross boundaries.

This is your reminder that starting over is not failure—it’s redirection. 💕
In this episode, I open up about losing my job, pivoting into content creation, and what it really feels like to start over at 27. From fear of failure to finding perfect peace in God, I’m sharing the raw emotions, the lessons, and the freedom that comes when you lean into change. Life shifts aren’t easy, but they’re not the end.

This week I’m talking about the Mariah the Scientist & Young Thug mess all over social media. And listen, this isn’t about dragging them, it’s about pulling the lessons. From tying your whole identity to a man, to codependent “my man, my man” energy, to how being in love can blind us to disrespect… we’re breaking it all down.
Then I share a little word that’s been on my spirit: sometimes God does answer our prayers, it just doesn’t look the way we pictured. His “no” might actually be protection, His redirection might be the blessing.
Let’s talk about it.
🎙️ Tune in for laughs, side-eyes, and a little “girl, be so for real” energy.

This week we’re dragging the dating pool by its edges 💀 From coffee date debates to marriage “ain’t worth it” takes, broke men crying about women’s maintenance, and ladies wilding with 1-800-Flowers & nanny paranoia… it’s giving delusional entertainment. Plus, I’m sharing my new obsession with romance novels and the ridiculous standards they’ve got me on 😭. Grab your tea and let’s get into the foolishnesssss!
