Covid-19 has been the trigger for the world to question the traditionally held views of a five-day, 40-hour working week. As this pandemic took hold we adapted to working from home for an extended period, which then evolved to hybrid working, and other flexible ways of working. Last year in September, we made a strategic decision of reducing our work week and implementing a four-day work week! Fast forward one year later, and we could not be happier with this decision! But what were the initial challenges? What tools helped us in this journey? And what are the benefits of a shorter work week, from both the business and the employee’s perspective? Tune in
