Kohila's NDE (Near Death Experience) at age 12, following a suicide attempt born out of isolation and hopelessness, is not the typical "went to the light" near-death experience. ___________________________Text ROUNDTRIP to 64000 to get a FREE pocket pivot AND 10-pattern sprayer with purchase of any size Copper Head hose. (message & data rates may apply)___________________________A heavenly being appeared at her bedside, delivered two sentences — "You need to rest, you have a purpose" — and was never seen again. Kohila believes that being was God. That NDE became the turning point of her life, sparking a lifelong practice of mind mastery and a mission to help others break free from the internal blocks that hold them back. Her near-death experience is proof that transformation doesn't require a dramatic moment — sometimes the quietest ones change everything. How can anyone prove their NDE?In this episode of Round Trip Death, host Eric Bennett welcomes back Jennifer Morris for a second appearance to discuss her Near Death Experience in greater depth. ________________Squarespace FREE Trial & 10% OFF purchase:https://www.squarespace.com/ROUNDTRIPCoupon Code: ROUNDTRIP_________________Jennifer, a Midwestern artist and law enforcement professional, suffered sepsis following spinal surgery in January 2022, slipping into a coma while her organs shut down. During her NDE, Jennifer experienced an out-of-body state in the ER before ascending to a spiritual realm where golden orb angels greeted her and told her she was "awaiting a decision." She was reunited with ten deceased family members, shown five newly forming planets millions of light years away, witnessed a disturbing vision of a "lesser hell," and ultimately spoke with God himself — who delivered a dramatic vision of a global "world reset" before telling her she was going back.Since her first appearance on the show three years ago, Jennifer has dedicated herself to researching and validating every element of her Near Death Experience. She matched the five planets from her NDE to NASA data, identified relevant Biblical scriptures — particularly in Corinthians and Psalms — and even discovered a page of quantum physics equations written in her own handwriting that she cannot consciously explain, a phenomenon known as automatic writing. Jennifer also confirmed the identities of three unfamiliar figures from her NDE by looking through family photographs with her mother. Through this research, Jennifer says she can now prove that every aspect of her NDE was factual, transforming a deeply personal spiritual event into something she feels called to share as a mission from God.Video Version of This EpisodeRoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/
In this powerful episode of the Round Trip Death podcast, host Eric Bennett sits down with Steven La Russa from Reno, Nevada, to discuss one of the most remarkable near-death experience (NDE) accounts you'll ever hear. In fact it was a shared NDE.In October 2024, Stephen suffered a sudden heart attack with no prior cardiac history while on a trip to Lake Tahoe with his wife Wanda. What followed was a deeply transformative NDE in which Steven blacked out, traveled through darkness into a vast starry space, and neared a white light — all while receiving direct, telepathic messages from God urging him to stop avoiding his spiritual calling and step fully into his life purpose as a healer and coach. What makes this episode uniquely extraordinary is that Stephen's wife Wanda simultaneously had her own experience — entering her own parallel state of darkness and space while lying beside him. The two communicated telepathically throughout the event, and at the moment Steven was ready to surrender to death, Wanda's voice broke through urging him to keep fighting. As Steven neared the threshold of the white light, Wanda began speaking aloud in two African languages and one Indian language — languages neither she nor Stephen know — in what appeared to be intercessory prayer or light language. She had no memory of it afterward, describing it as being "taken over by the Spirit," providing Stephen with undeniable proof that the experience was divinely real. His story is a compelling testament to the reality of the afterlife, the existence of a divine plan, and the transformative power of a near-death experience (NDE) to shatter the false identities that keep us from living the lives our souls came here to live.Video Version of This EpisodeFOLLOW & SUBSCRIBERoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/Steven La Russa
In this rich and moving episode about NDE's, host Eric Bennett sits down with David McGinley — psychospiritual specialist, former Lutheran pastor, and 25-year hospital chaplain based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. What begins as a conversation about a rare and life-threatening illness quickly opens into one of the most profound explorations of consciousness, faith, death, and the nature of the afterlife.________________Squarespace FREE Trial & 10% OFF purchase:https://www.squarespace.com/ROUNDTRIPCoupon Code: ROUNDTRIP_________________David has faced cancer four times and as a result has had multiple NDE's, including a full near-death experience at age 27 that he describes as the single most transformative event of his life. Over three decades later, that experience continues to shape everything he does: how he sits with the dying, how he counsels the grieving, how he thinks about God, and how he understands the purpose of his own existence. What makes David's perspective especially compelling is that he has lived on both sides of the hospital bed. David shares the vivid details of his near-death experiences: the grassy hill, the celestial being who greeted him like an old friend, the overwhelming sense of being completely and utterly home, and the heartbreaking moment when he realized he could not stay. He reflects on the painful return to physical consciousness — the feeling of his expanded awareness being compressed back into the narrow confines of ego, language, and linear thought — and the years of quiet grief that followed, before he even had the vocabulary to understand what had happened to him.The conversation also turns to David's work advocating for a richer understanding of NDEs within faith communities, his serious concerns about the expansion of medical assistance in dying (euthanasia) in Canada, and the urgent message he believes near-death research holds for clergy who may be proclaiming hope on Sunday mornings without fully realizing how much empirical support that hope actually has. He closes with a tender, eloquent message of comfort for anyone listening who is grieving the loss of a loved one — a reminder that no one walks alone, and that all the love we have known in this life is preparing us for something even greater.Video Version of This EpisodeRoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/David: https://www.davidmaginley.com/https://www.amazon.ca/dp/0995881111?ref_=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cp_ud_dp_FV4S43VSRSSZ3J9J8CC0&bestFormat=true&newOGT=1
In this transformative episode, host Eric Bennett sits down with Liane Marie Lambert, who experienced an NDE after being hit by a double-decker bus in London over 20 years ago. What started as a traumatic accident that cracked her skull in two became the catalyst for a profound spiritual awakening and life mission.Liane shares her unique NDE (near death experience) perspective, where she experienced herself outside her body (OBE), witnessing both herself on the ground and the frightened bus driver. Though brief, this NDE experience opened a floodgate of spiritual exploration that led her to become an ascension coach and author. The conversation explores consciousness, multi-dimensional existence, karma, and what it means to "ascend from 3D to 5D," with a little woo woo thrown in. Leanne offers practical wisdom on shadow work, releasing karmic entanglements, and living as "walking karma" - a state where negative projections bounce back to their source rather than affecting you. This episode bridges spirituality and traditional religious concepts, showing how different languages describe the same profound truths about human existence and our connection to the divine. In this extended episode of Round Trip Death, we hear the full story and NDE Experience of Billie Kay Rains, a 79-year-old woman from Texas who chose to speak publicly as she nears the end of her life.________________Squarespace FREE Trial & 10% OFF purchase:https://www.squarespace.com/ROUNDTRIPCoupon Code: ROUNDTRIP_________________Billie Kay describes a period of intense spiritual searching in the early 1970s that led her away from organized religion and into Transcendental Meditation and altered states of consciousness. Over time, this search unraveled into psychological distress and loss of identity, culminating in a suicide attempt and emergency hospitalization.During resuscitation, Billie Kay reports a profound Near Death Experience, describing awareness without a body, total darkness, and an encounter she believes was demonic. Pulled back repeatedly, she awoke with immediate mental clarity and emotional change. Later, while hospitalized, she experienced an unexplained golden light that became a lasting turning point in her faith. This NDE shaped how she understands spiritual vulnerability, discernment, and consequence. The episode then follows Billie Kay across decades of life shaped by her NDE, including what she believes were divine healings, narrowly avoided deaths, and moments of supernatural guidance. She also speaks candidly about profound loss—the collapse of her marriage, the end of her career, and the death of her daughter—events she interprets through the lens of accountability, mercy, and return.Throughout the conversation, Billie Kay emphasizes her belief that an NDE Experience or Near Death Experience is not equivalent to final death, and that truth and salvation must be actively chosen. She shares this NDE not as a story of spiritual triumph, but as a warning marked by fear, regret, grace, and what she believes is a final call to speak before her life ends.Content Warning: This episode contains discussion of a suicide attempt, death, and intense religious experiences. Imagine seeing what seemed like the entire universe and feeling a love so great that it can't be described in words! In this episode of Round Trip Death, host Eric Bennett welcomes Masati, a rare three-time Near Death Experience survivor, for an expansive and thought-provoking conversation about consciousness, identity, and what happens when we die.Masati’s story includes three distinct NDE Experiences, each occurring at a different stage of his life and each revealing deeper layers of understanding. His first NDE happened at age 22 after a catastrophic workplace accident, where he experienced full separation from his physical body and a profound life review free from judgment or guilt. This initial Near Death Experience revealed to him the limitations of physical identity and the vast potential of human consciousness.Years later, Masati’s second NDE Experience occurred during a near-fatal drowning in Belize. This NDE expanded his awareness even further, showing him a realm beyond time and space where all possibilities exist simultaneously. He describes encountering an expansive blue field of consciousness and receiving what he calls a “download” of how reality functions at a fundamental level.Masati’s third Near Death Experience, which took place in Peru during a severe health crisis, completed what he views as a progression—from learning, to application, to embodiment. This final NDE left measurable physical changes and marked a shift into vitality, integration, and mastery.Throughout the conversation, Masati challenges conventional ideas about death, religion, success, and healing. Rather than fear or punishment, he describes the NDE realm as one of clarity, love, and understanding—offering insights meant not just to be witnessed, but lived. In this episode of Round Trip Death, host Eric Bennett, sits down with Tammy Cheney, a lifelong traveler whose path was profoundly altered by a near-death–like (NDE) experience following a head injury. Tammy shares how a series of spiritual awakenings culminated in an instantaneous transport to what she describes as “home”—a realm more real than physical life, permeated by unconditional love, vivid colors, soundless tones, and living light.Guided by two silent, luminous beings, Tammy's NDE takes her to an otherworldly landscape where flowers always face the observer, scents blend into a single transcendent fragrance, and love exists as the very fabric of reality. Her NDE journey deepens when she encounters countless light beings and a vast, sun-like presence she instinctively recognizes as God. The moment she expresses her desire to return and tell others, she finds herself back in her body. The NDE experience leaves Tammy temporarily unable to speak, profoundly transformed, and driven to share what she witnessed—at great personal cost. Though misunderstood by those around her, Tammy emerges with a complete absence of fear of death and an unshakable certainty that physical life is temporary. This conversation explores the nature of consciousness, the illusion of death, and how a single encounter with unconditional love can irrevocably change a life.Video Version of This EpisodeTammy Cheney: https://www.youtube.com/@rawconscioustalkpodcastRoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/
In this episode of Round Trip Death, host Eric Bennett and guest Donald Winner take a deep investigative dive into near-death experiences (NDEs) using the tools of intelligence analysis rather than belief or doctrine._________________Squarespace FREE Trial & 10% OFF purchase:https://www.squarespace.com/ROUNDTRIPCoupon Code: ROUNDTRIP_________________Drawing on decades of experience in military intelligence and journalism, Don explains how he began studying NDEs after his father briefly lost consciousness and wondered aloud if that moment felt like dying. What started as curiosity turned into a large-scale analysis of thousands of NDE accounts.Don explains that when viewed collectively, near-death experiences reveal remarkable consistency: out-of-body perception, movement through darkness or a tunnel, encounters with light or an intelligence, life reviews, and reunions with deceased loved ones. While individual experiences vary in detail, the underlying structure remains strikingly uniform—much like people describing the same journey from different perspectives. He also explains how he evaluates authenticity, including the development of a computer-based scoring model that analyzes transcripts for known NDE markers. According to Don, true NDEs are marked by clarity, coherence, and emotional authenticity—unlike hallucinations or drug-induced visions. The conversation expands into the origins of religion, with Don proposing that ancient near-death experiences—shared orally for hundreds of thousands of years—may be the foundation for humanity’s earliest concepts of the soul, the afterlife, and God. Importantly, he emphasizes that belief systems don’t seem to dictate what happens after death; atheists, Christians, and people of all faiths report similar core experiences. This episode offers a grounded, analytical, and thought-provoking exploration of what may await us beyond death—without asking listeners to believe anything blindly.Video Version of This EpisodeDon Winner: https://www.winnernde.com/RoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/

In the final episode of 2025, Round Trip Death travels to Scotland for a deeply intimate and powerful conversation with Jane Dawson. Jane’s near-death experience (NDE) occurred during the birth of her son, after hours of unmedicated labor left her physically exhausted and emotionally depleted. At the moment she felt she could no longer continue, Jane’s spirit separated from her body. The pain vanished, replaced by a velvety darkness filled with peace, love, and profound relief. In that space, she encountered the spirit of her father, who had recently passed away. Their connection was not verbal, but a soul-to-soul “knowing”—an infusion of unconditional love that would ultimately call her back to life.Jane returned to her body after her son was born, though reluctantly, and her healing unfolded gradually over the years that followed. After her NDE experience, she had ongoing signs from her father—unexplainable scents, moving objects, and an unmistakable sense of loving presence—convincing her that consciousness survives physical death. The near death experience transformed Jane’s worldview. Once plagued by fear of death, deep self-loathing, and depression, she began a lifelong journey of spiritual discovery and self-love. She came to understand heaven not as a place “above the clouds,” but is an energetic state of being—limitless, loving, and deeply personal.Today, Jane works as a spiritual medium and teacher, sharing the same truth her father showed her at the edge of life during her NDE: we are never alone, love never dies, and healing is always possible.Send CHRISTMAS CARDS TO:Eric & Will BennettPO Box 771Heber City, UT. 84032____________________________Video Version Of This Episode: https://youtu.be/T8Fs_yHBUpkJane: https://janedawson.co.uk/RoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/

Our Purpose: To go from Selfishness to Selflessness In this episode of Round Trip Death, Eric welcomes Marilynn Hughes, whose powerful NDE (Near Death Experience) forever changed her life and faith. Suffering from severe peripartum cardiomyopathy,Marilynn slipped out of her body and entered a translucent tunnel of light where she reunited with her childhood dog and encountered Jesus in radiant form. She was shown multiple realms, a spiritual “measure” of how souls progress from selfishness to selflessness, and was given the choice to stay in the afterlife or return to her young children.Though Jesus told her He would not heal her heart, He promised to help her—and upon awakening, doctors found her heart had unexpectedly improved, eventually leading to a complete, medically inexplicable recovery years later.Marilynn shares what it felt like to hold Jesus’ hand—like falling into infinite, unconditional love—and explains that earth life is designed to teach selflessness through real experiences, relationships, challenges, and even suffering. She offers a message of hope: that each of us can help change the world not by controlling others, but by transforming ourselves and choosing to interact with life from a higher, more loving place. No longer fearing death, Marilyn looks forward to the profound love she once experienced and assures listeners that this love awaits us all.VIDEO VERSION: https://youtu.be/LBpwZxmwups______________Rula patients typically pay $15 per session when using insurance. LOVE NEVER DIESIn this episode of Round Trip Death, Eric sits down with evidential psychic medium and author Connie Fusella to explore her three near-death experiences (NDEs) and how they slowly woke her up to her soul’s purpose. From an early-twenties anaphylactic reaction and a profound life review, to a dramatic cardiac arrest in a New York ER, to a luminous visit with Jesus in a meadow full of joyful children, Connie shares how each NDE experience peeled back another layer of who she really is.Connie also describes the years-long journey between those NDEs—sleep paralysis, spontaneous psychic impressions on trains and buses, a dusty tarot deck in the closet, and the terrifying leap of giving her very first public reading. She closes with practical guidance for anyone who’s had an NDE (or just feels spiritually “different”) and wonders what their own gifts and purpose might be.VIDEO VERSION: https://youtu.be/iI_61KT2uzkRoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/Connie: https://meaningfulmessages.info/
NDE vs SDE. In this moving conversation, Eric talks with Amber Kasic about the night she accompanied her father as he was dying in 2020 and unexpectedly experienced what’s known as a shared death experience (SDE) — a spiritually transformative moment in which she felt her father’s soul transition before his physical body died.In this SDE, Amber describes holding her father’s hand in hospice, dropping into pure love and surrender, and suddenly feeling a powerful, "whooshing" presence move through her body, down her arm, and into her father — along with the unshakable knowing: “We are eternally bonded.” That NDE/SDE moment erased her fear of death, changed her view of the soul, and ultimately led her to serve others as an evidential medium and end-of-life coach. She and Eric also talk about why some souls seem to “leave” before the last breath, terminal lucidity (or “the surge”), how families can better meet death as sacred instead of terrifying, and how her dad later proved his continued presence to her mom…with pudding. Artist and author Nicole Meeuws joins host, Eric Bennett, to share the near death experience (NDE) she had during an emergency procedure following the loss of a pregnancy in 2015.Nicole recounts leaving her body as a surge of peace carried her into a luminous, “watery” blue-white light and then into a vast white hall where two enormous, blue beings sat upon marble thrones. With feather-like hair, indigo eyes, humanoid torsos, and mer-like tails, they conveyed—wordlessly yet unmistakably—“welcome back,” triggering a profound sense of home and dissolving grief, guilt, and fear. She describes the jarring sensation of being “sucked” back into her body, followed by several minutes of speaking an unfamiliar, tonal language her physician husband witnessed. The near death experience reoriented Nicole’s life toward nature, creativity, and what she calls heightened intuition. Years later, through fasting, meditation in the Greek sea, and research, she linked her vision to ancient traditions of oceanic guardians and an “eternal ocean of memory,” themes now central to her paintings and books. We explore how her NDE reframed earthly life as dense but purposeful—a brief window to choose love over fear, remember who we are, and live from the heart—plus the difficulties of returning, the healing power of water, and the courage it takes to create what we see on the other side.VIDEO VERSION: https://youtu.be/QYoiJvEmvc8Chapters00:00 Welcome; guest intro from Greece; Nicole’s artwork & nature as muse02:55 The NDE context: pregnancy loss, anesthesia, vitals spike04:45 Entering the blue-white “watery” light; profound peace and remembering06:45 The vast white room; marble thrones; two immense blue beings09:40 “Welcome back” and the ancient tribe feeling11:10 Life-reel imagery; sudden return to body (“sucked back”)12:40 Speaking an ancient/tonal language post-op; husband witnesses15:10 Earth life as dense/illusory vs. the clarity “there”17:20 Research & fasting; linking vision to ocean-guardians traditions20:30 The Abzu as an “ocean of memory”; two births concept23:10 Painting the beings; creative process & fear of imperfection25:20 What the love felt like; nature as a doorway (oceans, water)28:10 After-effects & books (Terra Infinita, Oceans of Memories)30:30 Choosing sovereignty: living from heart vs. fear33:10 Final reflections and how to contact Nicole; show closeNicole: https://www.nicolemeeuws.com/RoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast: https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/
