I had been wondering if it was useful to take creatine since I'm a long-time carnivore, and I hadn't seen any useful information on it. Now I feel I'm better informed. Lots of good information here - I will be listening again to glean as much as I can. As a 66-year-old whose mother developed serious dementia before she passed, I want to protect myself as best I can. Thanks again, Rina, for another must-see podcast!
