As a sufferer of ptsd I am challenging myself to walk/run 10km everyday for a whole year.
Mental health awareness is not supported enough.
Walking helps me deal with my daily struggles. It give me something else to focus on so I thought why not try and raise funds toward this charity. I will upload my strava daily to my Facebook. I’d like to thank Gary Shorrock for inspiring me to do this.
