Zelda notes was revealed at the switch 2 direct a couple of weeks ago, let's talk about why it's a much bigger update to breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom than you might think. Especially since they decided to leave all the cool details out of the direct.

How good are Echoes of Wisdom's Dungeons overall? Are they really as good as a lot of people are saying? Join me as I go through every dungeon in the game one-by-one (Suthorn Ruins, Gerudo Sanctum, Jabul Ruins, Hyrule Castle, Faron Temple, Eldin Temple, Lanayru Temple and finally Null's Body), and determine a ranking out of 10 based on their design, theming, puzzles and so much more to figure out if this game's temples are really THAT good.

Echoes of Wisdom was revealed at the Nintendo Direct today... I think that Echoes of Wisdom is an absolute miracle, it's a game that shouldn't exist by all accounts, it's made in the Link's Awakening art style, Zelda is the protagonist and it's the first new original 2D Zelda in around 15 years. But I'm worried, there are some things that are irking me about this game.

I love Tears of the Kingdom, it's one of my favourite Zelda games... But, while Breath of the Wild had used freedom to it's absolute fullest potential, TotK really didn't, it kept butting heads with the idea that freedom is going to be the future of the series. So today I want to look beyond Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom and explain why more isn't always better.

Tears of the Kingdom has been under fire since release for being too similar to Breath of the Wild in a lot of cases, and because it's a sequel, there's the notion that it could end up aging worse than its predecessor, I don't believe so, and this video is explaining exactly how I think Tears of the Kingdom will be remembered for (outside of weak lore, you commenters are funny har har)

The Zonai were talked about a TON up until the release of Tears of the Kingdom, in the end they didn't end up being the "warlike, barbaric" tribe that creating a champion/masterworks painted them out as, so who WAS the tribe we were all speculating on for 4 years? Today I answer that question as I believe I've solved who this "Fake" zonai tribe are in totk (tears of the kingdom)

The Triforce has been around in the series since the very beginning of the timeline, skyward sword features it heavily, it shows up in pretty much every single 3d zelda game, it's around. Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild don't put the triforce front and centre BUT I think there's much more to that than meets the eye, I think through TOTK and BOTW we've just been through the age of technology... Or magic in the Legend of Zelda series.

Tears of the Kingdom's world reuses assets from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but it also adds 2 more layers to it's map, The Depths and the sky... Today, the cave boys and I (Hyrule Gamer and ZINK), come together to try and argue a point for each of these layers of the world of hyrule being the best map in the game. Are the depths the best, the biggest of the 2 new maps, housing zonaite, lore and everything else in between? Or is it the surface, a recontextualised world from the one seen in Breath of the Wild, with more lore and many destroyed settlements, or is it the sky, a vast plain forgotten long ago in lore that clouds the skies of Hyrule, we each argue our point for why our pick is the best and try and come up with a definitive conclusion of which map is the best in Tears of the Kingdom.

Every single hero in the history of Hyrule up until Breath of the Wild had the same green tunic that the last one did... Up until the era of wilds. So in Tears of the Kingdom you can find the tunics of the old heroes... But they're in the depths in totk, so today I wanna ask the question of, "in-lore, why would the tunics be found in the depths?", highlighting problems and theories within my own theory.

The Zelda series has been going in a direction that a LOT of people LOVE, and some people don't love quite so much, they'd like some more traditional elements to return that aren't currently in Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild. Today I'm gonna be looking at some interviews that Aonuma and Fujibayashi have attended to look for some clues as to what's in the future of the Legend of Zelda series, more open games, more of a mixture... Or no more "linear" elements in Zelda games from now on? We take a look at this and more in this video.

In my opinion, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has made Breath of the Wild feel like a tech demo... But how did we get into this situation? Well I think after playing BOTW over the course of years I found more and more that needed "fixing" in that game, stuff that could easily be improved upon... Which is why I bring the thesis of this video, I think that TOTK improves on a TON of stuff that Breath of the Wild introduced in the first place, as an example, dungeons is one of them that I include... By virtue of it being a sequel, TOTK has that edge over BOTW.

Are you in the camp that thinks that Tears of the Kingdom's Dungeons are BAD? Well I don't think they are at all, this video is my explanation as to why I don't think that dungeons in TOTK are bad at all, in fact I think a few of them are some of the best in the entire series... But there are a lot of reasons why you might like a dungeon, for it's theme, atmosphere, combat, puzzles, bosses, and all that other good stuff, so it's time to delve into my thoughts in each dungeon in Tears of the Kingdom... And why I believe they're WAY better than the divine beasts.

The Zonai are an EXTREMELY mysterious race of people, even MORESO after Tears of the Kingdom... And that means we have mysteries to try and figure out. In today's video I look into the source of both Zonai Energy AND Magic, 2 completely different things in my opinion! One being used in abilities like ascend, fuse and ultrahand, while the other is used in Link's energy cells to power machinery...
