Amir’s company has made Muggino® Smart Mug which is the world's first eco-friendly and self-powered mug and this episode features the conversation as the three of them talk about building an IoT product and focusing on the user experience when designing such products.
When talking about his smart innovation, Muggino, Amir shares how the cup can self-regulate its internal temperature and provide the user with an optimal experience based on their preference. Differentiating the product from other smart cups in the market, Amir adds, Muggino is unique in the sense that it also allows the drink to become chilling cold. And all this can be easily configured via the smartphone app or physical interface.

This episode of IoT Buzz Podcast features Shannon Gilleland, Founder of Pronto Bottle and Founder, Form-i-Baby Pty Ltd as she talks to hosts Andrew Romeo and Hamed Ghajarnia about her entrepreneurial journey with Pronto Bottle which is the world’s first self-sterilizing baby bottle.
Like it usually is with innovation, Shannon as a mother, faced a problem and she decided to solve it. Her solution was a Pronto Bottle which basically is an all-in-one solution that uses UV-C light to not just self-sterilize the bottle but also the content inside it anywhere, and as Shannon puts it, it can also be done on an airplane.
Shannon believes that there’s a massive market for parenting products and that global reach is possible so long as the product address the following:
