This is no different than what police officers routinely do with normal civilians all the time. There are a lot of video examples of this happening. The reporter dropped the topic when faced with his own ignorance .

If they have never been complaints against this particular facility, why was there even a charge made in the first place? Why wasn’t this thrown out much earlier? The way it’s being reported just sounds like a general hostility against the crisis pregnancy centers. This is similar to the situation in Colorado with the baker who is continuously harassed by the DA.
