In this episode I'm spilling the tea on why I had an issue with the campaign, and what my personal recommendations are for women considering a creatine supplement. I've gone from a self-proclaimed running hater to completing my first marathon over the past few years. I remember the way sense of achievement I got after my first 10k (and I also remember how much my joints were screaming at me and how exhausted I felt for the rest of the day).
