We're Having Gay Sex

Hey Bottom Nation — just wanted to give a quick update on the audio issues you may have heard on the most recent episode of WHGS, #347. Sadly we had a pretty major microphone issue in the middle of the recording, so we had to use camera audio from about 36:15 - 51:30. However the episode was so funny that we wanted to put it out anyway. Many apologies, and we hope it doesn't make it unlistenable! Learn more about your ad choices. (Apologies for the audio issues that occur around the GILF video (36:00 - 51:00), we had some technical difficulties and had to use the camera mics for that section!) This episode is hole-y, listener! Jake Brasch & Nadja Leonhard-Hooper (American Sing-Song) are the multi-hyphenate duo behind the new, hilarious musical HOLE! We discuss the show and its origins, Kafka’s girlfriend, our favorite psych meds, evangelicals, and the eroticism of centaurs. The Brazilian MILF (now GILF!) returns, and everyone gets to watch the exact moment that Ash experiences what Lizzy calls “a comic’s worst nightmare,” on stage. Afterwards, we get into the complicated subject of including real people in your art, and discuss the absurdities of having baby fever as a queer person.  BUY TICKETS FOR HOLE!: https://www.playwrightshorizons.org/shows/production-history/2020s/2627/hole LISTEN TO THE HOLE!
