Great show with more information than I can retain in each interview on top of just being entertaining in general. I recently jumped back into my exploration of sour beers, reviving my own house culture. It didn't die! Would rate The Sour Hour 5/5 if there were an option to on this platform. If you are interested in beer at all, this is a must listen.
