Today I’m morphing into an AI bot popping up in cities across Europe and the UK in an effort to keep pace with our guest Ms. Juliette Denny.   Juliette is a learner engagement expert with almost 20-years of experience innovating in the learning tech space.   She has an unrivalled passion for learner engagement and offers unparalleled insight when it comes to learning and development best practice.   She is considered a pioneer and an expert in applying gamification and social functionality to online learning.   Her vibrant talks are packed full of statistics, case studies and actionable take-aways and are designed to ensure you come away with new insight or a fresh perspective.   And TEAM ET, like me I’m confident you will be able to vouch for that claim, after listening to this conversation.   A recipient of some 150 industry awards for the work her team has performed over the past decade, she has now turned her attention to revolutionizing education with new AI Learning pedagogies.   When asked why she is so passionate about this her reply is “Because the future belongs to the curious.”   To support this venture Juliette is now heading up the company called Iridescent Technology and I swear the colour of Juliette’s hair is purely coincidental not a marketing promo. TEAM ET please join Juliette and me with “the future of personalized learning has arrived and it’s called Coeus AI”   Visit our website to access the full transcript, guest links and episode notes - Coaching 4 Companies BTW as a footnote for the Learned: During our discussion you’ll hear us refer to Bloom’s Taxonomy – more specifically Juliette is referring to the Cognitive Learning Domain within the Taxonomy and her new AI learning platform’s capabilities to bridge the lower and higher levels of that domain – THROUGH DEMONSTRATION AND ARCHING between applying and analyzing.

Today we are in London to chat with our guest Ms. Erin Andrea Craske. Ms. Craske is an award-winning strategist with a 20-year career, culminating as Global Head of Consumer Brands. With expertise in strategic development, profitability, leadership, and communication, she's an ICF-certified business and leadership success coach. Leveraging 16 years of leadership, she empowers contribution-driven businesses to succeed on their terms and build a profitable business while amplifying a ripple effect of goodness. There are literally so many wonderful things that I could share about Erin and the work she’s doing.  Starting with the great book she has written called “From Profit to Purpose.” It’s the alchemy if you like; the A to Z: a practical strategy guide that encompasses insights on building self-selling brands, achieving business longevity, thriving in saturated markets, and avoiding strategic pitfalls. Or to her philosophical side (even though Erin denies that she has one), with quotes such as the following two examples. “THE GREATEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF IS THE COMMITMENT TO PERSONAL GROWTH. BY STRIVING TO BECOME BETTER, YOU'LL DISCOVER THAT THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.” and “EMBRACE HIRING THOSE BETTER THAN YOURSELF; THEIR SKILLS AND MOTIVATION FUEL BUSINESS GROWTH. TRUE GREATNESS IS IN BUILDING AN INSPIRING TEAM, NOT IN SELF-ADMIRATION.” And TEAM I’m literally scratching the surface – you also will hear me ask the question about Erin’s insane yet enviable Lifelong Learning habits which make mine look amateurish at best.  TEAM ET you are all truly in for a treat from this fascinating and highly intellectual individual, so please ready yourselves for an exciting conversation as we explore the “Profitability Flow Framework – it’s foundations and 6 pillars.” Visit our website to access the freegifts offered by Erin, download the full transcript, access guest links and read the epsiode notes - Coaching 4 Companies

It’s a special day today as I’m off to Costa Rica baby. Pura Vida to all! I think this is my 4th virtual visit to a country that sits high on my “must visit” list. And we’re equally pleased to be chatting with Mr. Richard Blank, who is somewhat of an icon in the capital city of San Jose. You’ll understand why in a moment. Richard’s vision quest journey is filled with twists and turns. When he was 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the larger call centers in the capital. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers. Today Richard is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center which he founded in 2008. Fun fact and to my point about being an icon - Richard has the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America making gamification a strong part of Costa Rica Call Centre culture. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a certificate of language proficiency from the University of Sevilla, Spain. He was a keynote speaker for Philadelphia's Abington High School 68th National Honors Society induction ceremony. And in addition, has been inducted into the 2023 Hall of Fame for Business. Giving back to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. As such, he endows a scholarship each year for students who plan on majoring in a world language at the university level.
