Hi, I’m Aoife — Registered Dietitian, MSc in Nutritional Medicine, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I started dieting at 11, caught in a cycle of “good” foods, “bad” foods, guilt, and always starting again on Monday. It led to binge eating disorder and left me three stone overweight.

I used to envy my slim friends who had a relaxed, healthy relationship with food. Now, I’m one of them.

After overcoming my own struggles and supporting others for 16 years, I have practical, compassionate guidance to share. I’d love to help make your journey easier, happier, and more successful.

To lose weight we don’t have to find diets. We need to reduce the spikes in overeating, that keep us at a higher weight.We put ourselves in situations that will always result in overeating or being out of control with food. Letting go of weight means stopping ourselves from our self sabotage cycles.Like weighing ourselves, which 9/10 times leads us to say “ you see nothing works, I’ll never change” which gives us an excuse to ignore physical cues & overeat & the self fulfilling prophecy cycle starts all over again.
