The draft has come and gone, and the Lions have 6 new members of the team. 2 cornerbacks, 2 offensive lineman, a Defensive tackle and a safety/running back. We breakdown all the new players and react to the draft. We also were fortunate enough to have one of our own at the draft live. We hear all about the experience and what we can expect from Green Bay next year. We finish with the fresh new contracts for St Brown and Penei Sewell. We miss you Mitch! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
Matthew Stafford Documentary We've made it to NFL Draft week, Shareholders. The Lion's find themselves in the very backend of Round 1, which begs the question, which position do they target? We breakdown what we think will happen in the NFL draft, talk about the Lions new look, bringing back the black with alternates and how we grade them. We finish with closing time talking about the hip drop tackle, Reciever on Netflix, and a Matthew Stafford documentary. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
The Lion's didn't make the big splash that we thought they might, but the defense looks much improved already. We breakdown all the moves, Carlton Davis, DJ Reader, Marcus Davenport, and Amik Robertson. We also recap which fellas are staying and which are going. We take a close look at the NFC North splashes that took place and of course, talk all the big moves in the NFL, including Kirk Cousins massive deal, Derrick Henry to the Raves, Saquon to Philly and more. We finish with a breakdown of Dune Part I and Part II (no spoilers). This episode if chock-full! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
Welcome back Shareholders! Free Agency is about to begin and the Lions look to be big players in it. Will they target the CB from KC (Sneed), Newsome from the Browns, or will they go build through the draft? We discuss free agency, trades, draft, offseason moves and more in this action-packed episode. The CFB Expert joins the program for the second half of the show. We will be back next week to recap Free Agency. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
Our most unhinged pod yet? The Chiefs do it again, Andy/Pat/Trav now have 3 rings. An incredible game/finish that almost didn't feel as big in the moment? Who in the AFC/NFC can stop the Chiefs run in these next few years. Who can the Lions target in free agency? Usher and team crushed the halftime performance but the CBS scorebug graphics were not it. Is Von Miller good? What the heck is Temu and more shenanigans in this episode. THANK YOU SHAREHOLDERS, we will see you in SEASON 3. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
"This year it sucks, next year it's us",(article) that's the motto given to us by none other than LB Alexander Anzalone. Brad Holmes also brought the heat this week with his press conference(watch). We bring you up to speed on the Lions including whether we see Frank Ragnow retiring. We then transition to Super Bowl talk where things really get weird. Chiefs vs 49ers: Who ya got? Closing time features even more weird and there's yet another streaming service? - Lions Talk (00:00-21:47) - SB Preview/off topic LOL (21:50-46:34) - Closing time (46:35-53:09) --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
Ben Johnson back, Aaron Glenn back, we back, we up. We talk about what this means for the Lions going forward and who could be moving in free agency. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
It is what it is. The lack of execution in the second half caught up to the Lions. What do they do now? We trust Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes to bring us to the promised land. We look forward to serving you Shareholders now and into the future. Season 3 loading. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
Well this sucks. We watched a 24-7 halftime lead evaporate before our eyes. The Lions played so well in the first half, it had us thinking Super Bowl. They couldn't put together four quarters and the second half proved this team still has strides to make. However, it was a great year and one we could have never expected. The amount of support the Lions gained was cool to see. Onto next year with a new level of hunger and controlled fury. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support

Derrick Barnes seals the game with an INT late to win it for the Lions 31-23 over Tampa Bayker. The Lions head to the NFC Championship! Can you believe it!!??. Frank Ragnow embodies grit and the boys find a way. On the backs of 2 INTs and big games from St Brown and Gibbs, the Lions earn the right to play for a Super Bowl berth. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thelionssharepodcast/support
