This is not an exhaustive list. B vitamins have a strong positive influence on methylation, which suppresses cortisol production, and aids in the production of GABA and serotonin. B vitamins are also associated with a decreased likelihood of depression. Vitamin D3 aids in serotonin production.  Omega-3 Fatty Acids Magnesium is a relaxant, reduces muscle tension and anxiety, and promotes sleep. When I look back on what I've been through, it's hard to believe I made it here. There have been lots of ups and downs, feelings of hopelessness and days I thought I would never overcome the struggle. But here I am!
