As a formally trained and certified mindset coach, I work to create a safe space where confidence is fostered, and serious issues like bullying, abuse, depression, anxiety, and other things that deprive us of our confidence can be discussed sensitively and safely.

Many people find it hard to live a comfortable life with the bad experience they faced in the past, which left them with zero or less self-confidence. Those people feel very little in control of their own lives. I have seen people with no sort of power in their lives, where they become reluctant to socialize, focus, look people directly in the eye during a conversation. They are pushed around by circumstances and have very little life experience, which diminishes their self-confidence. First of all, our brains are wired to learn from experiences in life; imagine how you will know anything if you haven't experienced anything. Remember, success, happiness, and love don't happen to those who never made a mistake. You learn from the mistakes and the bad experiences in your life, so don't let them down your self-confidence. You can still make a change just be patient, consistent, and motivated to learn. So, if you are low in self-confidence, it is possible to do things to make it significant. It is not genetic or a person's property; do not rely on others to increase your self-confidence. Here are some tips for you in this journey.

Further, we’ll discuss in detail about the pros and cons of confidence. Knowing the two sides of confidence will help you maintain a balance in your confidence level to get the most out of it. In addition to this, we’ll also discuss how you can set smaller goals as well as a larger goals and achieve them. Wins from smaller goals give you confidence and hope to reach your ultimate long term goals and so much more… Further more, we’ll discuss how you can know your principles and live them.
