Hello everyone <3, in this episode, I talked again with the sweetest soul on earth, Ece. By the sheer length of it, you can tell: we lost all sense of time and space during the talk. It was delightful to hear Ece's ideas on the different languages in which she has written poetry, and to talk to her about how writing poetry is a way of making art for healing the inner child. Enjoy, I'm sending you much love, anne
Hello beautiful souls, I am again joined by my bestie Ece, who is a student of psychology and linguistics. We are reflecting on this past year and talking about enjoying the process of life lessons taking place, reviving old soul connections, the huge impact uplifting people have on one's life, and much more. Let me know what you think, and I am sending you much love, anne <3
In this episode, I am joined again by my beautiful bestie Ece, who is not only one of the sweetest souls I know but also a student of language and psychology, like me. This is why we chat a lot about our experience with Erasmus, as I am preparing to go abroad and she just arrived back from her year abroad. We also scratch the surface of the history of the English language and talk about updates in our lives. Later we dive deeper into the topic of communication in relationships. Thank you so much for listening, sending you all much love, anne.
In this episode I am joined by one of my dearest friends Ece. She is a sparkling personality, spreading love and thoughtfulness into the world. I am beyond grateful to have had this beautiful last conversation with her before she takes off to Turkey again and also to be able to share it with you. We are talking a little about living abroad and we are also scratching the surface on a few language theories. Thank you for listening, let me know what you think.  love, anne
Welcome to a bit different kind of episode. Thank you so much for reaching out to me, I just love to interact with you guys so so much. Sending much love through frequencies, anne

I strongly believe, that healing food trauma has lots to do with cultivating a relationship with yourself. Try to rely more on your own validation than to outsource this feeling. In that way, you are not only healing, but you are also strengthening your relationships and balancing your overall self-confidence. Thank you for listening, I wish you an amazing day! :) love anne
In this episode, I am sharing the topic of being more compassionate with yourself as well as with other people. I am totally convinced that being nice to other people starts with being compassionate to yourself. I am also considering how our ancestors were in a way more balanced than we are because they were able to tap more into their creative force instead of constantly being in fight or flight mode. Leave me a review and tell me what you think concerning this topic on my Instagram. Sending u much love, anne
Welcome to the first episode of my new and first-ever podcast!! :)) I'm figuring out my microphone and telling you who I am and why I am starting this podcast. Stay tuned and tell me what you think. I am so excited about this journey. love, anne <3
In this episode, I talked to Pedro D'Avila, one of my teachers in the Znak Community in Barcelona. He is a musician, so we hear a lot about a musical perspective on art, poetry, and intention. As well as that, you will listen to practical examples on the piano of some interesting viewpoints on musical theory. Stay tuned until the end to hear him play at full length and let him calm down your nervous system. It was super fun to record, so enjoy!
