Nolan also talks about the importance of giving value to get reciprocated with value also. He then talks about having a better return of investments running ads on Youtube rather than running them on other social media platforms. He then talks about where the coaching industry is heading and how collaboration between coaches and programs will shake out the bad products or programs. He then finishes off the episode talking about how the coaching and fitness industry is moving towards collaboration events in the future.  
On this first part of a two parter episode we got to speak with Nolan Harper. Nolan starts off the episode talking about how he started getting into the fitness space. He also talks about how Youtube is going to be the best platform for marketing with ads. He also states that Google is the ultimate platform for running ads. He then finishes part one of the podcast talking about how both Youtube and Google are the most optimal platforms for ads.
On this podcast episode we got to speak with Morgan, a personal trainer catering to busy moms. Morgan starts off the episode talking about the specific goals her clients have which are busy moms. She then talks  into detail about the current program she is running with her clients. She then talks about wanting to create scalable and customizable programs specific to each of her clients. Trevor then gives Morgan advice on knowing her clientele and how to serve them better and help achieve their goals. Trevor then talks about the difference in evergreen strategy versus a close door type of program and names the benefits of them. He then talks about the pricing of programs and to offer clients that complete her programs to higher tier programs that would benefit them at a specific price. Morgan then talks about creating simple yet customizable programs for her clients. Trevor goes in depth on customizing programs to cater to each one of the clients which would help then attain their specific goals. Trevor then talks about building out the curriculum of the program. He then talks about focusing on the execution of the program over taking more time in creating the program. Trevor then also talks about evolving the program alongside the progress of each client and basing it on their feedback. Trevor then talks about launching the program even before it is finished as it also helps you finish the program alongside the clients. He then talks about leveraging the Coach Catalyst app resources to their advantage. Trevor finishes off the episode talking about exchanging free content for email address for clients as it would benefit you in the long run for upcoming clients in the future.  
On this podcast episode we got to go on a coaching call with Marlena, a Personal Trainer. Marlena starts off the episode talking about her training studio and how she also transitioned to both in person training and online. She then talks about overcoming the hurdles she faced and states the reason for going on to this coaching call with Trevor. Trevor gives Marlena advice on how to tackle clients when they are finished with their 6 week program with Marlena. He also talks about renewal of services for clients done with their programs and offering them options that should make it feel like a true service rather than a commodity. Trevor finishes the episode talking about the pros and cons of moving to a semi private session with a lot of benefits rather than the traditional one-on-one.
