It’s Biscuits O’Clock in the tent this week! Nic and Tee are back bangin’ on about biscuits but they couldn’t do it without a homie. Welcome back the wonderful Adela Mou runner-up of the most recent season of The Great American Baking-Show (all episodes available on Roku and you should watch). We catch up with Adela’s summer travels ranging from amazing fruits in Indonesia to a bucket of cookies at the Minnesota State Fair. And then there were three! Can’t believe how quickly we arrived at The Final but arrive we have. We were joined by the homie Brad Gessner to interview this year’s winner Kim Goldfeder Clarke who is such an angel and so fun to hang out with and talk tent. It’s Bread Week!!!! Before anything else, Paul Hollywood is, a bread baker. This means Bread Week will always be a bit of a challenge to the bakers and this go round is no different. But you know what makes recapping and reviewing Bread Week all the more special? Having yet another baker from this season joins us to discuss their time in the tent, baking and their bread-based thoughts. And just like that, we arrive at the end. This has been one of the greatest series of this show ever and the final three bakers are some of the bests of the bunch. It really was the best iteration of the multiple attempts at creating an “American” take on The Great British Bake-Off and was a delight to review and recap.
