What can Star Wars teach us about learning? One of the most powerful teaching and learning techniques is found in something that humans have been doing for millennia: telling stories.
Stories are psychologically privileged material, as in, our brain prioritizes them in memory and attention. We simply love stories.
In this lesson we'll learn about the 4 C's that make up a story: causality, conflict, complication and character and how you can structure your learning around a story to improve memory and make learning more enjoyable.

A simple, powerful, easy mindfulness technique? Sounds too good to be true. But - that's the case of the STOP 🛑. The pareto rule states that 80% of the value for most things comes from just 20% of the causes - the STOP is exactly that. By learning how to use it, you'll be 80% of the way there, with just 20% effort.
In this lesson you'll learn:
What the STOP is
How to use it
Practice it with Dr. Dina

Not all companies are created equal. It’s a fact that some are more successful, more innovative, or more influential than others. Apple, Harley Davidson, Southwest Airlines are a few examples that stand out. These companies don’t just sell products. They have also created a loyal fan base that extends far beyond any promotion, sale, or marketing campaign.
So what is it? What is it that sets these companies apart from all the others?
That’s the pressing question that Simon Sinek answers in his bestselling book Start with Why. In this book club discussion, we’ll talk about the first part of his book.
We’ll look at Sinek’s theories on:
Manipulation vs Inspiration 🌟
What the golden ratio looks like in business
How to start with “why” and where to go from there 🤔
