I'm joined by the dynamic Cyndy Silva. I learned that her background includes working on the construction side of the industry. She worked for a glass shop called Oldtown Glass in Marin County, where they worked for celebrities. Cyndy also shared her strategy for open houses and client engagement, including: Not pressuring people for anything in an open house. Welcoming people first. Starting a conversation that has nothing to do with real estate, such as asking if they are "familiar with this neighborhood". Giving clients a "pop by" item that is tangible and has her name on it, like hand sanitizer, which can be purchased for pennies after a holiday sale.
