For many Taiwanese gourmands, the venerable egg yolk pastry is a special favorite. However, in the past some unscrupulous businesses were discovered to have added the harmful industrial dye Sudan Red G to their egg yolk pastries to give the salty egg yolks a rosy-red luster. Sudan Red G was classified as a toxic chemical by the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in July 2018. The administration says it has been carrying out inspections since the ban but has not discovered any illegal use of Sudan Red G. In 2017, the illegal use of Sudan Red G was detected in an online retailer’s salted egg yolk mooncakes. The poultry farm which supplied the egg yolks was required to cull its duck population and destroy its stock of duck eggs. Fraud charges were also brought against the farm. John老師:「GPT現在有點在struggle了!」 重點不是三雄在做什麼,而是Read Between the Lines:Security awareness越來越高慢慢處理security issueAge check(小朋友不能用太多AI)三家畫出不同護城河Anthropic明顯走B2B路線各有專攻領域 未來趨勢:像Apple vs Microsoft、iOS vs Android一樣分派系! John老師預測:「以後慢慢就會有分類了!有的人穿Claude T-shirt『I love Claude』,有的人穿GPT T-shirt!交友軟體會問『我猜你是用OpenAI的?你的代理人是哪間的?』」 理性建議: 「不要過分FOMO!AI一定會進步,時不時catch up就好。除非有特殊update或劃時代功能,否則就久久一次整理。不是我們不愛AI,是實際上追得很緊,用到的越來越少,差不多就是這些『牙膏式更新』!」 💰 台灣關稅終於Settle Down:15% 過年前的好消息!
