St. Louis Family Court Corruption

List to several of the St Louis Family Court Judge up for Retention discuss the family court system and how they perceive things, yet we know that's not true. They discuss the role of the GAL and the best interest of the child, which we know is not true. More child peddling in St Louis Fam Courts, this time in Division 5 with Judge Zellweger. Zellweger took away custody again from a mother Michelle Perotta, who's story was also covered in The St Louis Record. Zellweger took custody away from Perotta while allowing Pleban to rack of ton's of fees in case number 19SL-DR01533-01 and even Pleban was even allowed to garnish Perotta's retirement on the 4/12/23 docket entry, which retirements are protect against garnishments under the Federal ERISA law. 

This episode contains details of the notorious Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) Jeff Medler, turned Judge. Listen to live recordings of how he neglected his clients, charged huge bills, and made side deals outside the courtroom for his own financial and political gain. Medler does not believe in GALs providing invoices for their work. Medler is also great friends with the notorious Elaine Pudlowski and even had her as a reference in his first application for Judge. Medler even calls one mom a psycho bXtch in a live recording.

Kenneth Rosa is a activist for really both mother's and father's in the family court system for change and equal rights. He is also a activist for change to hold Judge's and GALs more accountable. He tells his story which includes the disgusting, notorious GAL Elaine Pudlowski.

This is an episode that highlights some of the decisions and calls made by STL Family Courts Commissioners and Judges. This is a position where there is no one monitoring these people and leave them to make whatever decisions they choose to no matter how ridiculous. These Judges and Commissioners can go as far as to even deny you your due process by forcing people into settlements, ignoring evidence, and manipulating the system however they choose to get their desired response and meeting their own agenda.

This is my own personal struggles within the St Louis Family Court system. There are many other parents with similar and even worst stories. My story, along with many others, shares the details of how the STL Family court system denies parents many rights and often ignores many complaints involving their children.
