Chance Encounters

Gary is 39 years old, was born in the UK, worked as a house painter, fell in love with cooking at a very early age, and obviously loves Thai food. He earns his money with a YouTube channel called The Roaming Cook about his experiences with street food all over Thailand – but also takes people on food tours around Bangkok and shows them the gems he has found over the years. He now lives with his wife and kid in Bangkok, Thailand. On the west side of the river though, which is a much quieter place than the other side with all the more touristy areas.
