Adam and Lee Molloy are twin brothers from Dublin. They both worked in the fitness space as PTs and set up The Molloy Twins Instagram page in May 2023. Originally, the plan was to use the page to promote their online fitness coaching. However, they soon lost interest in the idea of being another fitness page and decided to make something that was more aligned with the kind of content they want to make and the message they want to share. So, they switched their focus from fitness to personal development.
In August, they released their first book called ‘Better Than Before’, which gives the reader 5 rules that they can use to help them get closer to the kind of life they want to live. They have also recently released their own podcast called ‘The Molloy Twins Podcast’ and have been on different podcasts and radio stations over the past few weeks spreading their message and trying to encourage people to dream bigger, work harder and to pursue the things that matter to them.
