Today we talk about a key work in achieving anything you are going for - consistency. We relate this to our diets, mostly, but somehow turn it into something that we can learn from and move forward with. Consistency, and intention to deliberately take action towards achieving your goals. I don't know how we do it this time, but this is a very motivational message.

Hey fam! We talk about some cool things with our homes. Basically we live in opposite types of homes...and somehow that conversation takes a turn to animals and manure. Oddly enough, this conversation takes a crappy turn where we discuss some new ways to take care of business after the business is done, if you know what we mean.

We had a mindset shift in this episode. I always thought that there was a dichotomy of success and failure, and we are in the middle of it. You either make choices to help you succeed, or choices that lead to failure - and of course that's part of learning and you make different choices as you go.
