Hey, Tecla here. This week, I wanted to get real about a setback I faced. I had a whole episode planned, but it didn't feel right. Instead of going with it, I chose authenticity over perfection. I dug into the feelings of guilt and disappointment, uncovering the root beliefs triggering these emotions. The focus was on self-compassion and the need to identify and let go of these false beliefs to break free from destructive thought cycles.
