Today I will be discussing a topic that I found very interesting, and I hope you do to, It is something I have started doing and I definitely feel the positive effects. Today I am discussing grounding at first, this may sound a little woo-woo. But the science behind earthing and grounding is compelling: The earth is abundant in free electrons (negatively charged) that when connected to the body can help neutralize free radicals, providing antioxidant and immune-boosting properties Grounding also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth for various health benefits. We walked barefoot and we slept in contact with the Earth never realizing that its surface contained limitless, natural, healing energy. Walking around barefoot is not our main mode of travel any longer. We live indoors much of the time and when we do walk or run outside, we wear rubber-soled shoes which prevent our feet from being able to absorb the Earth's subtle energy. We may define focus as the ability to direct our attention towards one task in an all-indulgent manner, concentrating on the aspects related to or the results. In order to concentrate on one thing you must, by default, ignore many other things. When your focus is split between multiple things, it doesn’t concentrate on anything. You may believe that you are concentrating on numerous things simultaneously, but this is not the case. The human brain isn’t designed for it. Multitasking forces your brain to switch your focus back and forth very quickly from one task to another. This wouldn't be a big deal if the human brain could transition seamlessly from one job to the next, but it can't. I will share with you the top tips to help you stay focused.

In psychology, a first impression is an event when one person first encounters another person and forms a mental image of that person. Impression accuracy varies depending on the observer and the target of being observed. We all know that first impressions are important, it affects the way people think of us professionally and personally. These impressions are influenced by a number of factors such as facial impressions, our tone, our perceived attractiveness even our general emotional state. Once someone has made an impression it’s hard to change their opinion. I have always struggled with this as there are tools to make a good impression, such as dressing for the occasion and being conscious of our body language and facial expressions. We need to be aware of what we say and how we say it. How are we supposed to be aware of all this and still be true to ourselves? Hi, I’m Cher, Welcome to today’s episode. Today I will be discussing sleep from a holistic point of view. We all know that sleep is so important for our, mental and physical health as well as how we perform. Did you know it also plays a big part in our immune system, longevity, and even our skin? We always think about ways to improve our sleep when we need to go to sleep or a few hours before we get into bed. But doing research I have seen many studies showing that it’s how we set up our day that determines when we fall asleep and even the quality of sleep. This is just for people who struggle with routine and slight sleeping problems. If you have severe sleep disorders or suspect you have for example insomnia or restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and sleep apnea I would suggest seeing a doctor or sleep specialist.
