Color Out of Space is a pretty good effort to adapt what is often thought to be an unfilmable story. Deadstream does a great job making you dislike its main character, and Hell House LLC Origins does a bad job expanding the Hell House mythos. Doctor Sleep is really quite good, and everyone is surprised by how much they enjoyed The Rage: Carrie 2, even if its title is backwards. This week, your friends Count Vardulon and DM watch the original Pet Sematary and it's sequel, Pet Sematary 2. The first one takes too long to get going, but when it does it's pretty wild. The sequel is just kinda bonkers right from the start. Tune for a movie recommendation, and stay for the easiest horror trivia question ever.

It's not great and should have been a prequel instead of a sequel to a remake. The Boogeyman had some good stuff, but the final moments ruin the movie. Both Slash FM and Slash FM2 have little to offer in the the way of actual Halloween horror, and most the entries are pretty bad. But! A segment called Save Yourself is so good it very nearly redeems both movies. In fact, DM just found this link, so you can watch it without having to sit through all the rest.
