I recorded these affirmations on a morning walk as I move into a season of transition and becoming. This is a gentle audio for women in the in-between — for moments of walking, resting, or quiet reflection. You don’t need to do anything while you listen. Just let the words meet you where you are.
In this episode, I sit down with my husband Craig — a Projector in Human Design — and we have one of the most honest and intimate conversations we’ve shared on the podcast.I ask him about what life actually feels like inside the body and experience of a Projector, how he parents as a Projector, and how understanding his design has shaped the way he shows up as a father, a partner and a business owner. We talk about:What it feels like to live as a ProjectorCraig shares how he experiences the world, how he manages his energy, and what shifted for him when Human Design finally started to make sense.Parenting as a ProjectorWe explore how understanding his design changed the way he connects with our kids, supports them, and holds space for them without pushing himself into burnout.Marriage, recognition and being truly seenCraig opens up about what helps him feel understood and supported in our relationship, and how important recognition is for him as a Projector.Leaving the city and choosing a different pathWe talk about the decision to leave city life, buy the farm, and create a rhythm for our family that feels aligned and sustainable — even when it didn’t make sense on paper.Alone time, creativity and nervous system needsCraig shares how he balances his deep need for solitude with parenting, partnership, business and responsibility, and why honouring this has been essential for his wellbeing. The early lessonsWe reflect on the biggest things he learned when he first discovered he was a Projector, and how that understanding changed the way he approaches decisions and direction.Conscious fatherhood and entrepreneurshipFrom running the farm to building businesses to raising our kids with awareness, Craig talks about the lessons, challenges, and breakthroughs that have shaped him along the way. This conversation is raw, grounded and very real. If you’re a Projector — or you’re raising one, partnered with one, or love one — my hope is that this episode helps you understand them more deeply. For more resources and programs on Human Design and to get your free Human Design Chart, you can visit:www.chrissybethcoaching.com
This episode is for the women — and the mothers — who can feel the space between where they are and where they’re meant to be. You can sense the possibility, but there’s still that hesitation in the body, that quiet fear of what expansion might mean.In this conversation, I’m exploring resonance — the vibration of our thoughts, emotions, and energy that quietly shapes our world. When we shift our internal state, everything around us begins to realign.I’ll share the practices that have helped me move from contraction to flow — regulating my nervous system, stacking evidence that things are working out, surrounding myself with uplifting energy, and learning to feel now what I’m calling in.And I’ll tell a personal story from behind the creation of Mothering by Design — how it came through like lightning, how scary it felt to be seen, and how I had to remind my body over and over again: It’s safe to grow. It’s safe to receive. So take a breath with me…I am safe to expand. I trust my design. My resonance creates my reality. If this conversation resonates, I’d love to invite you to my free Mothering by Design Masterclass — a new way to parent that finally fits your child… and you.In this 60-minute live session, I’ll share the three key shifts that helped me move from overwhelm and self-doubt into more connection, confidence, and flow as a mother.✨ You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your unique design — and in your family’s.👉 Register free: shambhalaliving.com.au/motheringbydesignmasterclassregistration🌸 Join Me for the Free Masterclass

An ode to the mother muse, the one who unloads the dishes while writing poetry in her mind. The one whose life is her source of art and creation. The one who lives between worlds and dances in her kitchen at 5am.
In this episode I open up about my recent feelings of holding back or not sharing as honestly as I normally would due to fear of judgment from others. I speak to this old pattern and how it’s come up with my fertility journey. I also talk about how Motherhood is bringing so much healing around some of my old patterns.
In episode 15, I share on the podcast for the first time in many months. As the sun rises, I speak to these uncertain times and how we can stay connected to our own hearts. I speak to where I’m at in my journey of motherhood and how things have changed as Birdie is now one. I share of my own struggles with staying grounded and how I’m working to implement more of my self practices while still giving most of my energy to my daughter Birdie. It’s important to remember we are not alone in how we feel right now. Sharing my whole heart with you in this one.
In this episode I share raw and real from my heart while driving in my car.
