We are back again for another topic for the month of August 2023 Edition Episode, but this time our main focus is about how to believe in interpreting the vision you think it should be told from a storytelling approach to attract your consumer target audience! For helping everyone understand, the main idea of this specific episode is to understand the differences between actually implementing a visionary idea that's relevant in the industry versus waiting a few years to execute the visionary idea until you find out someone did it twice as better than you could have done it. This is the cosmic-versal business ticket, you hit the lottery machine at the right time and moment, and you might just get lucky from a vision put to hard work. Because implementation is a funny thing when it comes to unexpected outcomes taking place in your life and career altogether. Or should I say a classic underdog story that everyone can reap the benefits from seeing an industry advancement in it? And all of this just from a simple vision, yes. It's bigger than you think it is, don't underestimate it, and just go with it! Too confusing to understand its summarized dilemma? If so, then no worries. You will probably have a better understanding of it after listening to the 12th Episode of Season 02 for Everyday Consultant's. We're back at it again for the month of May, but this time even stronger with a brand new first Special Edition Episode in 2023. In which we will be taking the time to discuss about the importance of celebrating another person's success for the simple act of showing value to your personality. While also breaking away from the box of me, me, me, and actually taking a look at it how soft skills play a crucial role in understanding the circumstances of an evolving market, whether that be good or bad in terms of growth. Basically, the main point we are trying to emphasize here is that relationships cost more to lose than building a skillset for applying in specific fields or projects ahead of you. We can't forget the most crucial reason behind today's episode - The Mother's Day Special. A topic in which professionals at any level can understand that giving back for the greater good of building a relationship from its roots is something that's not entirely as played on the terms of business is what business resembles. Because that's talking from a work perspective, but we are approaching it from how a mother would do it in that case. No one knows how to play it better with relationships like moms do, as this is what initiates the creation of their character-building persona out there in the real world. Wishing all the moms out there a Happy Mother's Day, and may you have the best 14th of May 2023 ahead of you this coming Sunday. Too confusing to understand its summarized dilemma? So, overall this is an episode of figuring out the secrets way of keeping up with a race of progressing times in a world where visionary is appreciated, management is learned from on-spot hearing, but expertise is weighed on the experience of how well you can sell yourself as the brand, without being too short of digging a potential hole. Dear everyone,  You might be guessing how another episode for the month of January 2023 came around real quick; that's because the reflection episode was supposed for the end-of-year review special episode, but from debating about whether or not to post it, it officially became the first new episode for our brand new season 02, at hand.  On that note, for today's episode, we will be discussing about how to really enhance your time and effort to hear what the primary subject of conversation is happening in each of your meetings when trying to help solve client problems; whether that means you have been on the project for some time now or just got staffed, it does not matter. As experience does count, but not enhancing yourself in figuring out what advice or questions to be asking the client when doing their work, is not a beneficial factor. Let's take a deeper dive into understanding the everyday lingo terms that's used when it comes to the world of business, management, and consulting altogether like a sandwich with the client taking its first bite of expecting an excellent taste of the services you are getting paid to provide them with full costs!  Too confusing to understand its summarized dilemma? Dear everyone,  For the month of December 2022, today's episode talks about how your return of payment is in the form of getting the work done for any business you are working for, as a professional employee, or even when starting your own business; simply talking.  To put it in very simple words, every project experience you are working on as an experienced or fresh out of college individual has a value proposition that they take back from the team, people, environment, culture, work ethic, diversity & inclusion ethics performed, and most importantly management principles being implemented to deliver the project's deliverables at hand; for reflecting back on its advantages and failures of what worked and not so much in that work.  So you can move on with the sense of how to improve on your value proposition for the next one; because everyone has to go on to the next one eventually, as no one ends up sitting in the same place for the entire lifetime.  In summary, your value is value, and the return of equity your providing on this project is even two times more valuable. Because whether you are an analyst, consultant, manager, senior manager, managing director, senior director, VP, and any position, the package of skills you come with is always a plus point for helping the people around you, and its projected success ratio increase by 1% every notch of the way!  Too confusing to understand the summarizing dilemma? If so, then no worries. You will probably better understand it after listening to this 10th episode of Everyday Consultant's. Which covers the topic around the equitable return Of Your Work On Each Project And Client Expectations Around What Value Did The Team And That Company Outcome For Us?  Here is a copy of my Linktree Portfolio below the description of this Tenth Episode of my Everyday Consultant's Podcast Show: https://linktr.ee/himanishgoel  Thank you for taking the time to listen to my 10th episode version of this show, and let us know how much you enjoyed it; in the comments below. Dear everyone,  For the month of November 2022, today's episode talks about how you should treat work the way you would want it to treat yourself, without allowing the breakdown phase for even occurring in the entire cycle of personal growth on professional terms.  Just a little bit more of what you do can help a long way in your career for figuring out what might have interested you versus what does now, just from a new assignment that you might have never done before in your life.  So every risk, whether it means throwing pebbles to get the ripple effect of a pond or even moving into an entirely different department of the company that's going through some major changes and layoff periods, based on current business demands that need more attention than others.  Because it helps you to become that flexible resistance band that go long ways of living a fulfilling career and life that was balanced against the motion of form & resistance itself.  In summary, quantity comes with not bloating the quality side of what makes work look sunshine bright from the eyes of many million eyes, as for a topic that repeats its message only occurs due to the core not being aligned with the center of gravity at hand.  Too confusing to understand the summarizing riddle? If so, then no worries. You will probably get a better understanding of it after listening to this 9th episode of everyday consultant's. Which covers the topic around a quality over quantity, depending on the type off deliverable or extra credit assignments you do as an official consultant; in the field itself!  Here is a copy of my Linktree Portfolio below the description of this ninth episode for my Everyday Consultant's podcast show: https://linktr.ee/himanishgoel  Thank you for taking the time to listen to my 9th episode version of this show, and let us know how much you enjoyed it; in the comments below. In summary, taking you on the ride of learning from the mistakes and teaching moments that I have got to discover after working as a full-time paid professional; in a respected culture environment that was full of competition amongst our fellow peers. From the level of career to contributing additional time on side projects, but in the bigger sense of things, it didn't matter; since we were going to end up adding up those seven years worth of consulting experience each time while only being in the shoes of clients for only a year.  Did you get the riddle? Dear everybody,  Where ever you go, the place of the theme is always different than what you might be used to. But when it comes down to business, everything from product scope to figuring out if this product will sell in this market is at hands of cost. Because if doesn't work, then that means a goodbye handshake to being an international key asset whose visionary product or service is useful to individuals all around the world.  But these are the nuances that every consultant learns from working with clients at different locations outside of the USA or country that you currently live at. From piecing the puzzle on how every area of that country's environment works off a totally unique standard working policy to a game changer of experience, where a diverse amount of skillsets end up getting used along the way for any sort of client issues presented.  In summary, traveling gives consultants a perception of how only a limited number of companies survive in the international market; by meeting consumer demands based on how they like their products and services to be sold from the company's side.  Here is a copy of my Linktree Portfolio below the description of this sixth episode for my Everyday Consultant's podcast show: https://linktr.ee/himanishgoel  Thank you for taking the time to listen to my 6th Episode version of this show, and let us know how much you enjoyed it; in the comments below.
