We were able to catch up with Ben who is in his placement year of his Geography and Sport Science undergrad at Loughborough University. He is working for Doncaster Rugby as a data analyist. We talk about what it is like doing an unpaid placement. Balancing the placement and work on the side. Goal setting to get the most out of the placement and also looking ahead to where he hopes to take the experiences that he is learning now. We got a chance to sit down with Josh and talk about his 12 Marathons in 12 days in support of his friend who battled cancer and what it meant to him. We talked about his own journey through fitness and his career as a personal trainer. We learned how he Goal sets for his clients whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or people just trying to get healthy and think there is so much value to his experiences and what he said.
