In this episode I talk about a quiz that reveals a scale of childhood trauma. I also describe my struggle with self confidence and being healthy. I also talk about how I struggle having healthy relationships with the opposite sex. A little life update from your favorite orphan.
My experience being a first generation college graduate, orphan, and cycle breaker. I dropped out of a university at 19 and returned to school at the age of 20. I haven’t stopped since.
In this episode I will discuss why I chose to start medication after a long struggle with depression and anxiety. I will also go into a brief conversation about how remote Telehealth companies might be changing over time after some relaxed rules.

A huge part of my story is that I was placed under a conservatorship as a minor and experienced a life that not all people have seen.
