Talking To The Mirror

Have you ever felt confused because sometimes you feel like an extrovert and love to spend time with people while others you are a total introvert and all you want is a nice night by yourself, watching Netflix with a warm bowl of mac and cheese?  Well, in this week's episode, I dive exactly into that: the dichotomy and confusion of feeling both lonely and overstimulated by people at the same time.
