So many of us have been taught to think of menopause as the end of something - the end of youth, energy, possibilities. But what if it’s actually the beginning of one of the most powerful chapters of our lives? In this conversation with Julie Gordon White, Founder and CEO of MenoWell, we discuss how menopause can become the spark for transformation and reinvention. We talk about how to navigate this season with more confidence, how to support your body and mind with simple lifestyle shifts, and why it’s never too late to pivot into something new- whether that’s a business, a dream, or a whole new version of yourself. We also explore the importance of education, advocacy, and community when it comes to menopause, and how sharing our stories not only helps us feel less alone, but also empowers other women to do the same. This conversation is real, honest, and deeply hopeful. If you’ve ever felt like midlife was “too late” for a comeback, this episode is your reminder that your next chapter might just be your best one yet.About Julie Gordon WhiteJulie Gordon White is the founder and CEO of MenoWell Menopause Fiber + Protein Bars, an Oprah Daily Best Menopause product. In this episode of Blueprint Breakers, I sit down with Jonathan Aslay, a successful dating coach whose journey from personal struggle to self-love has redefined his mission. We delve into Jonathan's backstory, which includes a hundred dates in one year and the life-changing realization that self-improvement is key. He shares how his dating coaching business was born from these experiences and how his views have evolved beyond traditional dating expectations. We discuss the importance of self-love, the complexities of modern relationships, especially in midlife, and how to approach online dating with a fresh perspective. Jonathan offers invaluable advice on being authentic, the importance of emotional compatibility, and how to look at dating not as a destination but as a journey of personal growth. Tune in for a compelling conversation that offers both wisdom and practical tips for anyone navigating the dating world, especially those in their midlife years.About Jonathon AslayThe focus of one of America's Leading Mid-Life Dating Coaches has expanded into a deeper, essential philosophy of what it truly means to LOVE. After losing his 19-year-old son Connor in 2018, Jonathon Aslay’s grief led him on a soul-searching inner journey, where he became aware of an often-overlooked dimension of the dating conversation. He realized that the dating process reveals the most common emotional health issue faced by many singles seeking a partner: a distressing lack of self-worth, self-regard, and self-love. Today, he is on a mission to encourage both men and women to fully love themselves with his book, "What The Heck Is Self-Love Anyway?"—packed with fun, engaging spiritual and personal growth practices.Check out Jonathon’s Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@JonathonAslayAbout Amy PalmerAs host and facilitator for the Blueprint Breaker podcast, Amy is dedicated to expanding and amplifying the voices of women over 45 who are living a “non-traditional” lifestyle. Rewrite Your Blueprint
In this week’s episode, we explore a powerful tool for transformation and overcoming limiting beliefs: breathwork. Through this practice, today’s guest, Suzanne Lederer learned to embody her truths, release repressed emotions, and find a sense of peace within. Join us as we explore the profound impact of breathwork on her journey to healing and how it has allowed Suzanne to invite love, grace, and presence into every aspect of her life.
1️⃣ Embrace Your Emotions: Rather than suppressing or numbing our emotions, breathwork allows us to fully feel and process them. By embodying our emotions and recognizing unmet needs, we can develop a healthier relationship with ourselves and others.
2️⃣ Calming the Nervous System: Chronic stress and trauma can wreak havoc on our bodies, leading to physical and mental health issues. Through regulation tools, such as breathwork, we can calm our overactive nervous system and invite love and grace into all parts of ourselves.
3️⃣ Rewiring the Brain: Breathwork has the power to rewire our brains and release past traumas. By connecting with the sensations in our bodies and utilizing specific breathwork techniques, we can release deeply held patterns and beliefs, opening the door to healing and transformation.
About Suzanne Lederer
Suzanne is a Hypnotic, Breathwork Facilitator, and Trauma Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. Suzanne has an undeniable passion for educating others on the nervous system and regulation tools. Her story is just proof of the power of this work. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2010, she became obsessed with healing, changing her diet and many biohacks, but she steadily kept disassociating from her body and emotions. Suzanne realized she could no longer escape her pain and anxiety, it was time to go within and face the sadness, trauma, dysregulated nervous system, and ultimately, embodying her truths, not just in her head but her heart. Stepping into her true self. Suzanne is here to show you that healing is possible. You can truly feel her supportive intentions in creating an environment of safety in order to allow your healing to happen.

Do you find your energy ebbing & flowing with more negative moments than positive? Are you working at listening to your inner voice and not sure what to do with that? Has your definition of success changed over time, yet you still compare yourself to society's definition? These are just a few of the questions JJ and I discuss in this week's conversation. I thoroughly enjoyed (and highly recommend), her latest book Seeking, where she shares the steps and transformation she made to level up her life, her purpose and her mission.
Receive free resources and more information about our guest speakers by joining us at Community.BlueprintBreakers.com. This week we feature JJ's free course "10 Lessons I Gained From My Mindfulness Practice"
About JJ DiGeronimo
JJ DiGeronimo is a three-time award-winning author, speaker, and former leading woman in the tech industry. She is passionate about helping women raise their frequencies and empower their future impact through tried-and-tested strategies, mindfulness, and energetic practices.
JJ's story is one of overcoming obstacles and finding her true purpose. After 25 years in the tech industry, she hit a wall from overproducing, over-delivering, and over-committing. She was questioning all aspects of her life and felt like she was her own worst enemy. She tried drinking more wine, sabotaging her marriage, and even considered driving away and never returning.
Eventually, JJ realized that she needed to make a change. She started by seeking professional help and began a journey of self-discovery. She learned how to set boundaries, say no, and take care of herself. She also began to explore her spiritual side and connect with her inner power.
JJ's transformation was profound. She went from feeling overwhelmed to feeling connected to a higher purpose, which led to a determination to share her findings with more women.
Seeking: 74 Key Findings to Raise Your Energy, Sidestep Your Self-Doubts, and Align with Your Life's Work, JJ’s third book, share the strategies that helped her infuse more purpose and meaning into her work and life.
