Vince and I first crossed paths when we both worked at the School of Cinematic Arts at USC, where he is currently part of the Post Production team. “You have the right to remain silent……”. How many cop shows have you seen where the salty flat shoe robotically shouts out these words to some poor sucker in cuffs? Ever wonder how this important public protection came to be? In his book, Flynn and Miranda, Joe wrote a historical novel on this groundbreaking legal precedent and shares his experience being the last person to interview the attorney, John Flynn who took this argument to the Supreme Court.
