Are we truly self-reflecting? Do we understand what it means? Self-reflection in short is defined as the ability to observe and evaluate our OWN behavior and processes, both cognitive and emotional. The idea of this is fascinating and scary... Like first we need to evaluate ourselves BUT then we need to BE HONEST about who we are too!! When GOD gave me Gabriel I had no clue what it meant!
