What is your vision? Are you disciplined enough to stick with it no matter what? To get there, you either choose the pain of discipline, or the pain of disappointment.
The first sale you need to make is to sell your partner on the vision. If you can't do that, either the vison need to change, or your support system needs to change.
Life is an auction! If you want that job, that house, that championship, you have to be willing to "outbid" your competition by doing more, sacrificing more, & potentially overpaying to guarantee a win.
A successful foundation to anything in life is reliant on commitment and the ability to keep working at it well beyond the honeymoon phase. Are you committed?
Saw an IG reel recently where the guy said, "Our job is a personal development plan w compensation attached."
It doesn't matter what specific career you're in. In most cases, the levels of success & compensation you achieve are directly linked to the ways you have personally grown and become a more valuable asset.
Success is achieved through disciplined habits that build towards your goals, and by saying no to the urges towards distaractions & temporary fun.

The road map to success is filled with peaks and valleys. Your ability to navigate the valleys is what determines the heights of your success.

The best things in life have a cost, and that cost is struggle & sacrifice. Greatness requires resilience and resilience is forged during the tough times in life.
Is it time to push through, or time to pivot? It can be hard to let go of something that you've invested heavily into, but your past effort doesn't always equal a future obligation.
