In this short meditation, we work through energetically cord cutting things that no longer serve our highest good. This is a practice you can use by yourself or come back to this audio when you need support. This exercise was a part of my first 5-week mindfulness/meditation series. Coming up: Monthly class in the Living on Lemonade Facebook community: Monday April 29th at 8pm ET. April's topic is Authenticity. Intuitive readings are offered through the community as well. Prices range from $35-$150 depending on what you're looking for. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! Feel free to join us inside the Living on Lemonade community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren As always, you can also find me on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. In today's episode, I chat about the amazing experience of watching a total solar eclipse and how this new opportunity energy can be used to start something you've been pulled towards, along with the unfolding of how my latest program has developed in a similar way. If you're listening before April 11th, our next Soul Care Hour is Thursday April 11th at 8pm on Zoom, with the link available in the Living on Lemonade Facebook group. Feel free to come join us inside the group and see what's going on. https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren As always, you can find me also on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. Aaaaand, we're back!  As promised, Theresa and I switched roles for part two of our conversation about exploring joy. Just a heads up, Theresa gets raw and vulnerable about some of her past childhood trauma and abuse so if it's a raw subject for you, please use discretion or come back at a better time.  The conversation is extremely powerful, full of hope and I'm excited to share it with the world. If you want to hang out in the Living on Lemonade Facebook community, you can join us here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren As always, you can find me on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. If we haven't met yet, send me a hello, I'd love to meet you! See you inside the next episode!
In today's episode, I chat about reflecting on the last few months and the intuitive nudges I've that have led me to where I am today. These are things that would not have been available to me had I not followed the bread crumbs of my intuition. If you'd like to come hang out in the Living on Lemonade Facebook group, you can join us here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren or you can connect with me on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. Today's episode is a replay of the March free class inside the Living on Lemonade Facebook community. We chat about motivation, some things that keep us feeling motivated, how to become aware of it and some tips to moving through times when we're feeling stuck. This is not your average hustle, push through pep talk. We get deep and look at the under current, validating your experiences and focusing on reassessing the intention behind the actions you're struggling to move through or "shoulding" on yourself around. If you'd like to hang with us in the Living on Lemonade community, you can join us here:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren As always, you can find me on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. I'd love to hear from you! See you inside the next episode!
In today's episode, I chat about a recent loving reminder I needed along my path of transformation.  Despite our best efforts, we have our own blind spots and working with a mentor who can lovingly remind us of what is holding us back can be so helpful and shorten the time it takes to get where we're going next. Coming up: Spring into Motion March class on Thursday March 14th at 8pm ET inside the Living on Lemonade Facebook community. You can join us here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren We also have our soul care hour coming up in the group on Sunday March 24th at 8pm. In today's episode, I had the privilege of being a guest on my gal pal Theresa Porter's podcast about joy. We went on a long and beautiful journey to unpack some of the things that has allowed us to seek out and integrate joy into our lives and how it can be part of our lifestyle and survival guide through difficult seasons of life. You can find Theresa's self named podcast, Theresa Porter through different podcast platforms or find her on TikTok @theresaporter and her website www.theresaporter.ca. Stay tuned for a part two with Theresa where I'll interview her this time. Also, this is the last week to sign up for the Build You Soul Care Toolbelt course if there's still spots left. Message me if you're interested. You can find me inside the Living on Lemonade Facebook community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren or on Instagram @mzzlaurengilhula. In today's episode, I chat about a wicked ear infection I developed last week and how my resistance to get it looked at thinking I could manage it with over the counter drops led to me needing IV antibiotics to get it under control. This led me to see the metaphor in how we cause our own suffering and often don't make changes until we're so sick of the discomfort that the unknown becomes a better option. Coming up: Soul Care Hour on Zoom via the Living on Lemonade with Lauren Facebook community on Thursday February 22 at 8pm ET. Join the Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingonlemonadewithlauren You can message me for the link on Insta @mzzlaurengilhula or email me at lauren.gilhula@hotmail.com I have a paid offer coming down the pipes that I will be speaking about first in the Soul Care Hour before I share it widely on socials. Each time we complete a session of moving our body, we send a pic of our Fitbit to celebrate and it's all about the love and encouragement, not about the comparison game. In today's episode, I chat about an aha moment I had on the day of recording when I almost self sabotaged my plans to action soul nudges by leaving my house to visit my family instead. It was subtle, but after getting curious, I realized my bottom line was to escape my responsibilities, much like I've done hundreds of time in the past. Having the awareness of this pattern, I was able to identify it early, get curious about it without judgement and refocus to what is in my best interest for the day; working on some projects and things around the house. In this episode I chat about how we can support loved ones by truly navigating their journey with them as opposed to driving the bus of their experience. Allowing them to call the shots in terms of if they need an ear to simply listen or if they need support through problem solving can make a huge difference in how they navigate what they're going through.
