I forgot to mention Manchester by the Sea as a movie to cry to but my god that film completely ruins me. Michelle Williams' "do you want to get lunch some time" is the single most innocous yet destructive line of dialogue
I've not read anyore of God Emperor of Dune since two podcasts ago, I felt like I needed something to disrupt the sameness of the narrative after only reading the first three books, so I picked up Sacred Hoops by Phil Jackson, which is a great and really easy read. Some people recommend that book as a good leadership/mentoring type read but I just like it for the Jordan stories.
