In the first newly recorded return episode back, Mel is able to pull some big ropes and with luck, she provides us with our very first interview featuring a guest who was a part of the original seussical era, as well as being featured in several other broadway shows and both seasons of Apple TV’s Schmigadoon! Ann Harada joins the show today to generously share her personal knowledge and experience of her Seussical journey, from the very first reading with Eric Idle as the cat, to closing night on Broadway. After over a year of hiatus, host Mel Baker takes you back into the whimsical world of Seussical from the perspective of an actor (Nigel Battle) who’s life received a major mark from playing Horton the Elephant as a child from then to now!
