We all have that gut feeling that there is more out there for us. Maybe we know we could be doing more with our life, or we could be working a better job. Maybe we want to start our own business but we are just too afraid to go do it. If we keep being afraid we will never even try and then we will live a life of regret. Step outside of your comfort zone this year and do the one thing you have always been afraid to do! GO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!
Make this year different!! Don't do the same things you did last year. Step outside your comfort zone and start putting more energy and focus into yourself and watch how much your life changes for the better. We often let our overthinking control us. It will talk us out of doing things we actually want to do. It will create problems in our life that don't need to be there. It will ruin relationships. We all live very different lives that is a given but do you ever ask yourself why you do the things you do? Why do you make the choices you make? What is your purpose? I believe when you have a why in the things you do you will be more mindful about the small little choices you make on a daily basis. After you listen to this episode ask yourself what is your why?

In this world we often take pills perscribed from doctors without really questioning what we are taking. More often than not I hear people talking about the negative side affects of taking SSRI's. I do believe that microdosing is a more natural healthier way to help battle things such as anxiety or depression. It's helped me and many others along our journey to better mental health. Here is my thoughts on both SSRI and Microdosing.
