Australia's Lachlan Donnelly has marked himself as one to watch at the 2025 IFMAR Worlds, sweeping both classes at the Warmup back in April. The local 21-year old Team Associated driver will go up against the world's best from late September at Hills Offroad RC. We caught up with Team Cayote co-founder Oscar Jansen during the 2025 Worlds Warmup at Hills Offroad in Sydney, Australia. Oscar is a fascinating, thoughtful character, and he's been around our industry for a long time. He stood on the Worlds podium twice, took Tamiya on the road to a serious assault on the racing scene, won a European Championship in the Schumacher TopCat, helped bring UK racing to the World Stage in the halcyon days of the mid-late 1980s and worked in the industry with name such as HPI, LRP, HongNor and now runs SMD Distribution.
