Heterodyned states of visiting races and the human response By Paul Hamden After ten years of missing information I believe they have finally explained their time frames and processes for transition. Yes Zetas said in 2012 that they understood ten cycles, we see now they were doing a comparable ratio in regards to humans frequency (this is why  they seem to move so fast in craft) But the other two numbers were never understood.
