In todays episode we discuss how having support from others can be helpful and motivating,  but ultimately, and this really ties into our last podcast episode on having your own back… the most important source of support for achieving your goals is yourself. You are the only person YOU need to get on board.Of course we want support from others, but let's shift this belief we don’t need it. Think about it, just like anything If you think you need others to support you to get to where you want to go, you’ll always be at the mercy of other people supporting you, and people aren't always going to do what you want. It's called agency. Tune into to hear how it's actually not even about you, if someone doesn't support you, and how you can start supporting yourself. Catch you on the inside.xHannahConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
On todays episode we are talking about  such an important skill to develop as you pursue really big goals, but also a really important skill to have in everyday life.On todays episode we are talking about  having your own back. Many women take their mistakes and internalize them, which leads to a spinning of shameful thoughts, and saying mean things to themselves. Which is incredibly draining. Why is it IMPORTANT to stop shaming, criticizing, and judging yourself?… BECAUSE IF We bully ourselves, we’re not  safe with ourselves. If we’re not safe with ourselves, we’re not SAFE ANYWHERE.   Every single person deserves this kind of essential safety.Yes, it can be harder  than it sounds, especially if  you have a pattern or habit of doubting, judging, criticizing.  Which is a pattern of self-sabotage. And something that will slow you down at every turn. Tune into today to truly understand the power of having your own back, and how you can start doing that effective Immediately. see you on the inside. x HannahConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
The mindset of doing when it comes to weight loss is typically focused on the actions you take, such as counting calories, following a specific diet plan, and exercising regularly. While these actions can be helpful in achieving weight loss goals, they can also lead to a sense of restriction and deprivation, which can be difficult to sustain in the long term. The mindset of being when it comes to weight loss is more focused on cultivating a healthy relationship with food and your body. This involves developing a sense of self-awareness around your emotions and behaviors around food, and practicing self-compassion and self-care. It also involves letting go of the mindset of perfectionism and being kind to yourself when setbacks occur.Cultivating a mindset of being when it comes to weight loss can involve practices such as mindfulness meditation, intuitive eating, and movement practices that feel good to your body. It also involves addressing any underlying emotional or psychological issues that may be contributing to overeating or unhealthy habits. Both mindsets can be useful in achieving weight loss goals, but a focus on the mindset of being can lead to more sustainable and fulfilling results in the long term. By cultivating a healthy relationship with food and your body, you can release weight in a way that feels supportive and nourishing, rather than restrictive and punishing. It's important to remember that weight loss is not the only measure of health, and that everyone's journey will look different. Focusing on the mindset of being can help you to prioritize your overall well-being, rather than just achieving a specific number on the scale.Tune in and take a listen to todays episode. See you on the inside.x HannahConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane

Identifying the true problems within a weight loss journey, and how it's one of the first stages into creating freedom from it. I wanted to talk about this, because I see many women and work with women who are frustrated in their weight loss journeys….  Tired of struggling, but aren’t sure how to not struggle with it.  what we hear most is….. things like just workout and eat better. Workout more, eat less. Etc. But what i want to really talk about is the parts of the weight loss or health journey that a diet or food strategy alone isn’t going to solve. So listen in to todays episode to help you identify what it could be for you, if this is something you have goals in. see you on the inside.xHannahConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
What is a manual? It’s basically like an instruction booklet we have for other people and a list of rules for how they should treat us, so we can feel good and be happy. Of course we don’t tell people what our manuals say, and we place our emotional well-being in the hands of someone’s else. Find out in todays episode why this is a problem. And how sometimes people have a manual when it comes to their weight loss journey, and how that can be hindering you in your journey, and causing extra struggle. Catch you in the inside of this episode x Hannah . Connect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
In today’s episode we’re gonna talk about 3 things you can do NOW to start your weight loss journey. That doesn’t involve working out or changing everything.  These tips sound simple and easy to do, but also easy not to do…regardless of where you are, they are doable, and they can make a huge difference, especially when compounded over time.. Weight loss doesn't have to be miserable or complicated. What I see is, most people don’t even do the easy things…  Don't discount the simple. It's what is sustainable.Look if you want to get weight off, get healthier.. You gotta do the easy stuff….Tip #1 Slow the f down when you’re eating.. taste your foodTip #2 Stop eating when you aren’t hungryTip #3 Stop at satisfied Tune in to todays show, to hear these tips broke down. See you on the inside. x Hannah CrowleyConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane

On this episode of the podcast we are talking about a REALLY important thing.. Self Image.. Self image is the personal view or mental picture, that we have of ourselves. It's how we see ourselves and think about ourselves IN our mind. Self image is important because how we think about ourselves directly affects how we feel about ourselves and how we respond to life. Our self image is what’s locked in our subconscious mind and is what determines your success or failure.  And it's a topic I really love to talk, teach, and work on. So jump in and lets talk about it. see you on the inside. ;)xHannahBook Suggestion to further explore this topic:Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell MaltzWant to do the work within your own self image? On this weeks episode we are talking about the importance of keeping our promises to ourselves. Doing the things we said we were gonna do. Keeping your promises to yourself can help create self-trust by building your self confidence in your ability to follow through on what you say you'll do. This really could be possibly One of the most under valued/ under utilized skills out there.  :) So CAN we talk about it?When you make a promise to yourself and successfully follow through on it, you're sending a message to yourself that you're capable of achieving your goals and that you can rely on yourself to do what you say you'll do. This can lead to an increase in self-esteem and self-worth, and make you feel more in control of your life.Without probably even being aware of it, Whether you follow through on what you said or not... It’s actually communicating what kind of person you are to yourself as well as to others in how you are treating yourself. If you've been flaking on your own promises. No judgement, but Now that you know you could be doing it (make sure to listen in), you get to decide if that's how you want to continue doing it. And if it's not, then let's Go.. and Start strengthening the skill, and building trust with yourself. Catch you on the inside of this episode x HannahConnect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
We're talking about having a WHY for your goals and desires on the podcast today,And why it's worth it and important to take the time to create one.Your why is the difference in being committed vs “trying”It’s in Deciding to make it happen vs crossing your fingers and hoping it will. Some Questions to ask yourself, in finding your why and  Making a  CommitmentWhat is your desired result? Why?           Why do i do this?       Why do I value this?       Why am I not happy when ___happens?       Why am I stressed now?  Keep asking yourself why until you get to the deep stuff. What will it cost you if you don’t commit or follow through? What must you believe? How does it feel to believe it?What will you have to stop believing? Steps you can take to create a powerful "why" for your goals:Reflect on your values and passions: What is most important to you? What do you care about deeply? These values and passions can be a strong foundation for your "why".Think about the impact your goals will have: How will achieving your goals make a difference in your life or the lives of others? This can help give your "why" meaning and significance.Consider the long-term vision for your life: What do you want your life to look like in the future? How do your goals fit into that vision? Having a long-term perspective can help give your "why" direction and purpose.Write down your "why": Putting your "why" into words can help make it more concrete and real. Consider writing a personal mission statement that captures your "why" in a meaningful way.Share your "why" with others: Sharing your "why" with friends, family, or a support group can help provide accountability and encourage you to stay committed to your goals.Your "why" doesn't have to be grand or lofty - it just needs to be meaningful and authentic to you. By taking the time to discover your "why", you can set goals that are more purposeful and motivating.Catch you inside the episode    x Hannahps. If you wold like to share your why with me. Tune into this weeks episode on Failure. Most people never achieve their goals because they are afraid to fail. But isn't that just failing ahead of time?Do you fear Failure? What is so scary about Failing? What would you consider a fail? What do you make it mean about yourself, when you fail?Google says Failure is the omission of expected or required action. So basically it's just something that didn't turn out the way you expected. OR you didn't do something you expected yourself to do.  That's it?! And if you really look at that definition it takes the drama right out of it.The thing about failure, it is a requirement for success. It is a  part of the process. Especially when you're starting something new. The reason failure can feel bad, is because of what you are making failure mean.  If your thoughts about failing are, that you are wrong, or bad, or you suck.. of course it's going to bring on a negative feeling. But if your thoughts about failing are more on the positive, supportive side... and it just means it didn't work out the way you expected, but you can learn and try again.....failing will not be some thing that you want to avoid or fear.  Your thoughts and the story you tell about failure is all within your control.Through failing we learn resiliency. The more resilient we become the better we get, and the more likely we achieve whatever it is we want to achieve.By getting better at not meeting our own expectations. We get better at meeting them. You want success? Double your rate of failure. Would love to hear your current thoughts around failure, and if this episode got you thinking differently.Connect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
There are things in life we don’t have control over, and there are things we do. We don’t have a say in the things that happen to us, but we do have a say in how we respond to them. The thoughts we think. The stories we tell. And this is the best news.. because our stories are responsible for how we feel. How we feel is behind how we show up, and how we show up in our actions ultimately give us  the results we’ll have.  Being able to separate out the uncontrollable with the controllable  and understanding our thoughts or stories which are the controllable, are what creates our feelings. NOT the the things we can’t control. This is how you take back your power, and stop being the victim and at the mercy of the things that are uncontrollable .In todays episode you learn a awareness tool that will help you do just that.  And it’s gold. Awareness is everything and the first step for changing anything. If you’re own thinking is the cause for your problems, that’s the best news. Because you’re own thinking gets to be the solution. You have all the power. For a deeper dive and1:1 coaching support, connect with me on Instagram and let’s set up a consultation call.  Can’t wait for you to use and practice this tool and be able to feel the difference in your own life. Connect with me on Instagram @Fit2BeSane
